Partnership with parents can only exist when there is equality in the relationship which stems from mutual respect and there is a shared goal for the wellbeing of the children. Working with children and their families is an essential aspect of your role as an Educator. As you embrace the concept of parent partnerships you will feel the positive effects immediately. As an Early Childhood Educator you have much to offer and to learn from parents.
